RESAVA’s Common Area Maintenance Service (CAM) is unique for each project. In order to satisfy owners’ needs and requirements, we work progressively in developing a CAM tailored to each individual property and its specific requirements. In our opinion it is not enough only to maintain the property, even more important is to enhance the value of it by working proactively with preventive maintenance.

An Estate Manager is appointed to be in charge of the day to day operations at each property. The Estate Manager is the customers´ point of contact in any matter and is also the expert at each property, being responsible for staff, suppliers and all daily operations. The accounting for the Common Area Maintenance Fee is always carried out at our Head Office. 

RESAVA abides to the Condominium Act. The Common Area Maintenance is reported and accounted for to the Condominium Juristic Person on regular basis. We offer the Manager of the Condominium Juristic Person online real time access to the Common Area accounts. By being the first Property Management Company in Phuket to offer this kind of transparency we are setting a new benchmark in the business.
